“This event marks an important and positive beginning in demonstrating to the whole Philippines, and to the international community, so that persons with disabilities (PWDs) are able to increasingly register and hopefully increasingly vote in the Philippines” ayon kay Minister Counsellor Octavia Borthwick, Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID).
